Customers are always worried about their private data leaving protected networks and riding public network pipe.

However, owing to scalability issues and serving customer or internal office across various geographical locations requires them to have virtual networks connected across various geo locations.This creates the problem of data security and privacy.

Azure Global VNET pairing solves this problem by ensuring that the network traffic that flows through peered virtual networks across subscriptions are always on Microsoft backbone network. This private and global VNET helps customers to joins different virtual networks without bothering about data security. Currently, global VNET pairing is planned to be deployed in following regions – US West Central, Canada Central and US West 2
